Arko, a Japanese fusion restaurant in Barcelona, places product and presentation at the heart of its culinary offering. The visual dimension of sushi inspired us to look closer at the details—those subtle gestures that occur before the plate ever reaches the table. We built the piece from the ground up, starting with the preparation: the cutting, the hands, the precision, and the transformation of the ingredients. We brought the camera into the intimate space of the kitchen to observe how each movement shapes the dish. Within this process, we found beauty and narrative, turning the culinary craft into the visual thread of a sensory and cinematic piece.
